The grapes for this single vineyard, small batch wine are from St. David's Bench sub-appellation. The site, far inland from the moderating influence of the lake, boasts a warm growing season ideally gifted for this ripe and spicy Syrah.
Wild fermented and aged in French oak barrel for 30 months.
