The 2021 Stonebridge Brut Rosé is made in the traditional method and is primarily Chardonnay, but gets its pale salmon colour from a small addition of Lailey estate Zweigelt blended prior to secondary fermentation.
Only 83 cases of this wine were disgorged in February 2023 after over a year on its lees.
