Harvested on October 21st 2021, whole bunches were gently pressed and the juice was transferred to French oak barrels for wild fermentation and 23 months of aging.
This vintage, four barrels with extraordinary balance, depth and nuance were designated as "Select Reserve" - a first ever at Stonebridge - creating a wine of exceptional complexity, mouthfeel and ageability.
