2021 Stonebridge Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve

The grapes for this single vineyard wine come from the Stonebridge vineyard in the Four Mile Creek sub-appelation of Niagara on the Lake. Harvested by hand, the grapes were then destemmed and wild fermented in a micro cuvee. The wine completed malolactic fermentation in French oak barrel and aged for a total of 22 months before bottling.
