2021 Stonebridge Blanc de Blanc

Crafted from 100% Chardonnay, grown on our prized Stonebridge vineyard in 2021 (on of Niagara's finest years for sparkling ever), this wine was hand-harvested on September 20, 2021. Primary fermentation took place in stainless steel, followed by secondary fermentation in bottles and 39 months of aging on its lees.

No dosage was added, making it a Brut Nature, allowing its crisp structure to carry only a faint touch of natural sweetness.
