2021 Lailey Malbec - Wild Ferment

Harvested on October 8th, 2021 from the regal old vines on our Lailey estate. This cool climate Malbec went through extended wild fermentations in small micro-cuvées and spent 22 months in French oak barrels.

The result is a blue-fruit driven, medium-bodied wine with a smooth, elegant profile that will pair well with a broad range of charcuterie and grilled foods.
