2021 Lailey Cabernet Sauvignon Rose Reserve

Every year we select the most appropriate blocks of our vineyard’s finest and most enticing varieties for the production of distinctive and stylish rosés that reflect both the vintage and our cherished terroir. 

Grapes for this single-variety Cabernet Sauvignon Rosé were harvested from our heritage Lailey vineyard from old vines, and juices extracted using the Saignée method. This Cabernet Sauvignon Rosé Reserve is made from 100% estate-grown grapes.

This reserve wine is ready to drink now, and will only get better overtime.

Barrel fermented and aged for 4 months in French oak barrels.
