Grapes for this single-variety Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon Rosé were harvested from our heritage Lailey vineyard from old vines, and juices extracted using the Saignée method. This Cabernet Sauvignon Rosé Reserve is made from 100% estate-grown grapes.

This reserve wine is ready to drink now, and will continue to improve over time.

Barrel fermented and aged for 4 months in French oak barrels.
