2020 Stonebridge Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve

The grapes for this single vineyard wine come from the Creek Shores sub-appelation. It was wild fermented in micro cuvées with manual punchdowns, followed by ageing for 22 months in French oak barrels (40% new) and 500 litre puncheons. Only three of the finest barrels from this special vintage were selected for this reserve bottling.
