2021 Stonebridge Brut Premier x1

VQA | 12.5% alc./vol. | 750ml

The first ever sparkling from Stonebridge. Fresh and bright, from the classic Chardonnay grape variety grown on the Stonebridge estate and harvested mid-September 2021 after an excellent season for stylish sparkling wine. Added complexity and depth to the palate is achieved by 15% of the wine being fermented in French oak barrels.

2021 Lailey Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon Rosé x1

VQA | 12.5% alc./vol. | 750ml

With only 220 cases produced, grapes for this Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon Rosé were harvested from old vines, and juices extracted using the Saignée method, producing a more reserved nose of wet stone, strawberry and grapefruit peel. It is very clean and linear on the palate.

2019 Stonebridge Estate Chardonnay x1

VQA | 13.8% alc./vol. | 750ml

This wine is made from Chardonnay clones of Stonebridge Estate vineyard. The grapes were hand-harvested and kept clonaly separate, then pressed and wild fermented. It has a showy nose of Bosc pear, bergamot, lemon cream, butterscotch, vanilla bean and elegant spice notes. It’s rich and creamy on the palate with poached pear, yellow apple, citrus zest, toasted spices, a silky texture, slight note sweetness with length and finesse.

2021 Lailey Estate Blend Rosé x1

VQA | 12.6% alc./vol. | 750ml

Grapes for this Rosé were harvested from old vines, and the juices were extracted using the Saignée method.  55% of the blend is Cabernet Sauvignon, with Merlot, Malbec and Zweigelt making up the rest. On the nose we find raspberry, rhubarb, candied ginger, good structure and body on the palate with a hint of liquorice candy on a lingering finish.

2019 Lailey Dry Riesling x1

VQA | 11.2% alc./vol. | 750ml

This beautifully crafted Riesling is completely dry and juicy, vibrant, and delicious. Fermented at low temperature with aromas of honeysuckle, lemon, and nectarine that mirror on the palate.

2021 Lailey Vidal Orange Wine x1

VQA | 12.2% alc./vol. | 750ml

Our orange wine - a white wine fermented like classic red wines, on its grape skins, extracting rich flavours and distinctive aromatic traits. This wine has a nose of peach skin, marmalade, and earthy/savoury notes. On the palate look for fresh squeezed oranges, minty herbs, pink grapefruit pulp, subtle astringency, and electric acidity on the finish.
